When you drop your vehicle off, our on-site claims adjuster will ask for your vehicle’s insurance information, the insurance information of anyone else who was involved in the accident, and the location where your accident occurred. If you have an accident report available, this is a good time to provide that.

We’ll review your vehicle’s insurance policy to determine if there’s any deductible that needs to be met and if your policy includes rental reimbursement coverage. If you need a rental vehicle while yours is in the shop, our team can help you secure one and even shuttle you to the rental facility if necessary. Our on-site claims adjuster will then assess your vehicle’s damage and write up an estimate to provide to your insurance company.

After the estimate has been sent to your insurance for approval, we’ll let you know if your insurance is paying our shop directly or if they’ll send the check to you and let you settle the bill. Once we’ve obtained approval from your insurance, we’ll begin restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
